Postage and packaging prices are based on size and weight and are quoted individually under the item description. (Prices quoted apply to UK mainland only - please check with us for prices to other destinations).
Items valued at over £10 are usually sent by Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. Items valued at over £50 are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery - a 'next day' delivery service (Parcelforce 24/48 hour delivery for heavier items) and the postage cost will reflect this service.
All handcrafted wooden rings, pendants, necklaces and earrings are dispatched complete with presentation gift boxes and care instructions where applicable.
Heavier items eg some bird boxes may be sent by Royal Mail Standard Parcels and in this case please allow up to a week for delivery.
Items from stock are usually dispatched within two-three working days.
'Made to order' items have individual time scales as detailed in the item description (allow 2-3 weeks if no time scale is shown). When acknowledging your order we will always give a delivery estimate. Please let us know if you have an early deadline as we can usually accommodate this if we know in advance.
