Pricing
Items on our website are priced individually. There are no charges for VAT on any of our products. A separate charge is shown for postage and packaging and is calculated on weight and size (based on first class delivery charges via Royal Mail). Heavier items may be sent by Royal Mail standard parcel post. Items which do not show a price are featured as examples of our work and we invite you to contact us for a quotation for commission of a similar item. Items which do not show a price for postage and packaging are too large for postage. In this case we ask you to contact us for a quotation for delivery, although we generally offer free delivery on these items to the Pitlochry area.
Payment
Whilst shopping, you have the opportunity to view your basket at any time to remove items or alter quantity by clicking the 'View Cart' button. Once you have finished shopping, clicking on the 'Checkout' button will take you through to PayPal, who process our payments for us. PayPal use industry leading security and fraud prevention systems for your protection. Your financial information is not shared with us. Before committing to buy, you will have the option to review your order and make any alterations. You can make your payment in one of two ways: a) by using your debit/credit card. The following cards are accepted - Visa, Mastercard, PayPal Credit Card, American Express, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Visa Delta, Visa Electron or b) through a PayPal account. Please note that if you do not wish to use either of these methods you can contact us by phone or E-mail to arrange payment by cheque payable to 'The Wood Hut'. (in this case items will not be dispatched until funds have cleared). Please note that customers outside mainland UK should contact us to discuss payment and delivery options.
Confirmation of your order
Once you have made your order through our website you will be sent an E-mail confirming your order and giving a delivery estimate.
Your right to cancel
Please note that when buying goods on the Internet you are entering a legally binding contract. We hope that you will be entirely happy with your purchases. However, you do have the right to cancel your order at any time after it has been made until seven working days after the day of receipt of your goods. Please give us written notice (E-mail is fine) of your wish to cancel. In the case of cancellation within the stated period a full refund will be made, including postage and packaging costs. Please note that we cannot agree to cancellation in the case of items made to your specification where work has already commenced or materials ordered.
Returning goods following cancellation
Following written notification of your wish to cancel your order (E-mail is fine), please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging. If goods are not returned, we reserve the right to charge you the full cost of their direct return to us.
Privacy
We do not share your information with any third parties and will only use your E-mail address for communication regarding this order.
