Information regarding Payment, Cancellation and Returns
Once you have filled your basket you have the opportunity to view your cart to review your order.
When you are ready to checkout, you can choose to pay by:
a) credit or debit card through PayPal
b) PayPal account balance
c) alternatively you can contact us by E-mail to arrange payment by cheque (in this case items will not be dispatched until funds have cleared).
Please note that customers outside mainland UK should contact us to discuss payment and delivery options.
2) Confirming your order.
Once you have made your order through our website, you will be sent an E-mail confirming your order and giving a delivery estimate.
3) Your right to cancel.
Please note that when ordering items from the internet you are entering a legally binding contract. We hope that you will be entirely happy with your purchases, however you do have the right to cancel your order at any point up to 14 working days from the day of receipt of your goods. Please notify us in writing (e-mail is fine) of your wish to cancel your order. In the case of cancellation within the stated period a full refund will be made, including original postage and packaging costs. The customer is responsible for return postage costs.
Please note that we cannot allow a refund or replacement in the case of items made to your specification or to your specific size (e.g. rings), personalised items or individually painted artwork items where work has already commenced or materials ordered. For hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept return requests in the case of earrings.
Sizing of Rings
We recommend that your ring size is measured carefully by a professional jeweller (two sizings if possible) before you place your order as our rings are made to internationally recognised sizes.(A to Z including half sizes). We also sell ring sizing gauges (see our Handcrafted Wooden Rings section).
If you find that your finished ring is not quite your desired fit, we can usually adjust the size slightly to suit. We offer this service free of charge and would only ask you to bear the cost of postage. (Please note however that in the case of rings that are more than half a size too large the ring would have to be re-made at your cost. Rings that are too small can usually be re-sized by up to one size but in some cases may have to be re-made at your cost, depending on the original thickness of the ring.)
4) Returning goods following cancellation.
Please return the goods to us in their original condition and packaging. Returns are at the customer's cost. If goods are not returned, we reserve the right to charge you the cost of their direct return to us.
There are no VAT charges on any of our goods.
