Current dispatch times - approx 5 weeks

All new orders will be acknowledged by email with an estimated dispatch date - please let us know if you have an earlier deadline as we may be able to accommodate this for you.

Postage and packaging prices are based on size and weight.

We use Royal Mail first class ‘signed for’ delivery for our wooden gifts over £20.00 in value. Higher value orders or items are dispatched by Royal Mail Special Delivery - a 'next day' delivery service offering full compensation for loss or delay, and the postage cost calculated will reflect this increased level of service. Heavier items are sometimes sent by Royal Mail Parcelforce 48 hour delivery - you will be notified if this is the case.

For UK orders there is the option at checkout for the customer to choose Royal Mail ‘Special Delivery’ - this priority mail service guarantees delivery the next working day after dispatch.

All handcrafted wooden jewellery such as wooden rings, pendants, necklaces, cufflinks and earrings are carefully wrapped and dispatched complete with presentation gift boxes, gift cards and care instructions where applicable.

All of our wooden gifts are handcrafted to order in our workshop in Scotland. Please see our note above regarding current lead times. When acknowledging your order we will always give an estimate of manufacture time - please let us know if you have an early deadline as we can often accommodate this if we know in advance. We will keep you updated as to the progress of your order and will notify you of your tracking reference once your parcel is dispatched.

Please note that we cannot be held responsible if your wooden gift does not arrive at its delivery destination in time for your deadline, if this is due to matters out with our control.

INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY FOR OUR WOODEN GIFTS

We are happy to dispatch Worldwide and where possible items are dispatched by Royal Mail ‘Tracked and Signed for’ Airmail, a priority service which aims to deliver to Europe within 3-5 working days of dispatch and the rest of the world within 5-7 working days.

Please note that customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes or associated charges levied at point of entry into the destination country.

WILLOW PENDANT

I am very impressed with the service that your company has shown. Given my inability to organise the anniversary gift earlier I was expecting the 5 week delivery period without any change. However, you delivered as promised and it arrived in the post on the morning of our anniversary. Not only that, but it was nicely packaged and a very special gift combining willow and leather which are two of the materials for a 9th wedding anniversary - if you believe in that sort of thing.
