A stunning contemporary wooden pendant made from reclaimed Purpleheart wood, which is naturally purple in colour.

In the early 19th century tonnes of this incredibly strong and colourful wood were shipped into the UK to build the spreading rail net work. We have acquired some sections of these historic railway sleepers and given this beautiful wood a second life as wooden jewellery. When carved the wood is as vibrant as it was over 150 years ago.

This wooden heart pendant can be personalised with a short inscription burnt into the wood on the back - please give inscription when adding to bag.

Measuring approximately 45mm across, the pendant is hung on leather thonging and presented in an accompanying box, making the perfect 5th wedding anniversary gift for her. Please note that box style may vary.
